SHELDRICK ELEPHANT ORPHANAGE
Tour starts from your hotel/residences within Nairobi. Sheldrick is a leader in wildlife conservation. The project raises orphaned elephants and rhinos by an experienced team of keepers. Take a walk through the Centre as you learn about these remarkable animals, the rescue process, nurturing and reintegration into a protected wilderness. The visit takes place daily from 11am to 12noon. Watch as the elephant keepers feed the youngest elephant with giant milk bottles then enjoy a playful mud bath thereafter.
